장생의 약초로 피를 맑게하여 노화방지 및 혈전용해, 암예방, 혈당, 혈압, 콜레스테롤 조절등에 효과가
있고 위장장애 개선에 도움을 준다고 알려져 있습니다. 명월초는 아열대 식물로 햇볕에 내놓으면 잎이
축처지므로 차양막을 하여주는것이 좋으며 추위에 약하여 베란다등에서 관리하면 좋습니다. 명월초의
번식은 삽목으로 무난하게 성장하며 꽃대를 잘라주면 잎이 더욱 무성해지므로 부지런히 삽목하여 풍성
